Whats an appropriate re'sume (1 Viewer)

IN content what would be an ideal resume for retail or junior casuals
Ive been typing up my resme and looks like Ive fitted all my details in one page since iv only done work experience in yr 10 and still doin hsc
Does it look bad if u shove ur resume to a store with only one page ???
what do u guys print your resumes on e.g fancy awards paper or just normalll a4 paper? and do u put it in one of those plastics sleeves ???
what other stuff can i add in my crappy little resume ???

one page is fine, if you are doing the hsc employers arent expecting you to have a huge amount of accomplishments and they dont want your life story anyway

In mine I have

Personal Details- like my DOB, and that I have my drivers lic.
Education- Year 10 cert, Year 12 cert, any TAFE coursesAwards- relevent awards i have received
Courses- any other courses you have done- eg- first aid, typing, drivers safety courses, etc
relevent interests
Previous employment
References

Employers usually have hundreds of resume's to look through, and generally only look at the first page anyway

My dad said he hired about the 50 ppl out of 500 who had one line resumes

he assumed the others were just bullcrap

I have personal info, employment - i've worked alot mind you, then education (yr 10, 12, short courses like first aid RSA etc, what im doing at uni atm) then awards and achivements, and last page is referees.
