I need a quote and can't find it.. its Cicero, basically saying that Julius Caesar is very good at Latin and the best speaker in Rome besides himself. Googled a bit and looked through my notes but couldn't find it. If anyone has it that'd be good.

I don't know if it's either of these but the two quotes from Cicero that I have are from Letters to Atticus where he says

"Do you know any man who can can speak better than Caesar?"

and a quote on the commentaries

"Caesar wrote admirably, his memoirs are cleanly, directly and gracefully composed."
