Which option topic are you guys doing? I'm doing Evolution of Programming Languages. I kinda wish I was doing the other one, but i guess this one is probably easier.

Yeah I wish I did that one to. Its logical, it requires less study I reckon. If your good at Maths then I think Software Developers View is better. Having said that, Evo gets scaled to the bitch at the marking centre. Last years one was apparently "extremely hard"

I'm doing evo. I don't mind and haven't got much of a preference for either anyway.

We just followed the Samuel Davis book from chapters 1 to 8. We're about to start on our option.

I would think Software developers view of hardware would require less study since the only theory is programming hardware devices and knowing how flip flops and adders work. Other than that, all the rest is maths and perhaps explaining how to do the maths

Evoloution scales higher, or atleast thats why our teachers making us do it.
