it's in section 4. remember, section 3 is the scenario-based question (which you MUST do a report for), while section 4 is more open in terms of which text type you can use. so don't feel like you HAVE to do an essay. i was always told that it's better to stick to report format for the last section unless you are a confident essay writer, as your ideas can come across better in report format compared to essay format if you aren't a strong essay writer! good luck!
