hi please help me out here...i'm not sure which is true..they seem to contradict:

1. all photons of particular frequency have same amount of energy

2. photons with the highest energy correspond to light of the highest frequency.

Both are true and can be explained by Max Planck's E=hf

in "1", if the photons all have the same frequency f, then they all have the same E by the formula

in "2", the higher the frequency, the higher the E would be in that formula, hence highest energy corresponds to light of highest frequency
