So yeah, pretty much what the title says. Also, I am a little bit clueless when it comes to this stuff so all I know is from some research and word of mouth- please educate me if im wrong.
I'm going off this criteria to judge whichever is better:
- How is the course in general at ____ uni
- Teaching style
- Resources available and activities (e.g. mooting etc)
- How good/helpful are the Law societies?
- Facilities
- Uni reputation
- Employability

From what i've heard, UTS is a bit outdated in that they primarily use pre-recorded lectures from years ago (this is what someone told me so please correct if im wrong.) I prefer a face to face/in classroom teaching style rather than online. Moreover, from what I've been told, UTS in general is ranked higher than Maq and the reputation is better (yes I do consider/care about that stuff), so my preference is towards UTS however, I just want to go to whichever uni (of the two) has a better chance of me succeeding and getting a career.

I also have the intention of doing law as a double degree, either with medical science (with the intention of going into post grad medicine) or media/communications (with the intention of doing media law in the entertainment industry- specifically music)* So I am sort of taking into consideration the same criteria for those subsidiary degrees- but Law is primary.

On another note, a minor factor is uni social life. I'd rather go to UTS for other reasons and I've heard that Maq uni campus/social life is a bit dead and/or boring. I'm not too concerned with this aspect as I'll probably just focus on studies but idk.

* If anyone has any advice on a degree that is closely linked to music in the entertainment industry (e.g. production, - basically so I can do law with copyright cases etc) please lmk.
