ok,I did Chinese Background Speaker today and i made a mistake

Section II Q3 should be wrote in the question paper,
but I wrote it in the same writing booklet with Q4 which is also belong to Section II Part A

After the teacher found out this, he stappled the question paper in front the writing booklet.
but i'm not sure if I wrote both Q4 and Q5 in front of the booklet

Will I lose marks for this ? is it possible that the marker neglect one of these 2 questiion?

The BOS is usually pretty thorough with this sort of thing. The reason you have to write NOT ATTEMPTED on a writing book and hand that in if you don't answer a question is so that the BOS knows that you didn't attempt the Q, rather than thinking maybe it was lost etc. If the markers see that you have 2 questions in 1 book im sure they will deal with it

You feel bad!!??....I pissed my supervisors of because in my 4u Maths exam instead of writing each question in one writing booklet...I just wrote the answers continuously in one booklet and moved on when I finished the booklet...so instead of having 8 booklets I only have 5!!.....SCREWED!!
