Willingness of Global Business to provide information to students (1 Viewer)

Hello.

In regards to the global business case study, how willing do you think the businesses are to release or provide information to us students regarding:-

- the business strategies they used to exapnd into international markets;
- reasons for expansion
- financial, political, legal and social/cultural influences on the business in global market, the impact the influences had on the business, and the strategies they used to decrease its impact
- how the business manages its business operations now that it has gone global


Also how detailed do you think they will get if they choose to send us this information, and also how detailed do you think the examiners/markers want us students to be?

I'm asking because I jsut emailed my global business requesting this information, but I'm not sure whether they will send me the info. Should I just request information from a number of businesses and see which one sends me the most info??

Our treacher gave us stuff , one was on coca cola and the other on a mining gaint.

Our teacher gave the coca cola stuff all year round.


I would say that Coca Cola would be the easiest to do , because the only thing that coca cola keep secret is the formula

the web is a convenient info source but much of it is propaganda. best to get the basic details from the website and then draw your evaluation and analysis from newspaper and magazine articles.
