id have to say regret.

rejection is something that cant be helped.
guilt - it comes and goes.
regret - you could have done something differnt which could have led to a different outcome. and was you who could have done that something different. therefore you regret it. and i really hate regretting things.

I have a fear of rejection.
I feel guilty over everything because I regret almost everything I do/say.

I feel these things on a daily basis and I reckon they are all equally as bad. Its not a good way to live, but if I knew how to change I would.

they all suck, but it all depends on the circumstances which bring on these feelings

regret for not buying a case of beer instead of vodka isnt the same as rejection in a job or when asking someone out.

guilt is subjective to how much of an asshold u r- u could do what some ppl would consider very bad or terrible, but not care one bit by feeling justified or by just not caring at all.

Guilt and regret. Rejection is easier to get over, but guilt and regret can eat you up inside for years.
