Would it be a stupid move to change my units now considering were already in week 2 (from tomorrow) and that I need to catch up?

Depends on how much content you missed + could easily screw up your timetable.

I've changed my timetable/units of studies 17 times this past week. Though i got 26 hours, so i can't really screw my time table more than it already is.
