and now its been a month since ive done all that

still have not started my first shift
anyone experience something similar

I've had a similar problem. Found out that there was a mix up with my original shift, and because I didn't get to it, there was no scheduling of additional shifts. I had to call the company up to find out. I suggest the same to you; give them a call, find out what's happening.
