Yes. I am multilingual, as I speak three languages.

I speak:
  • English (obviously)
  • Italian
  • French
That is the order I speak them in, English = mother tongue, Italian = Intermediate speaker and French = Beginner speaker.

Ja, Ich kenne Deutsch, Koreaner und Englisch ziemlich gut.
Mein Schreiben ist gut aber mein Sprechen ist ziemlich schlecht.

Yes, I know German, Korean and English quite well. Korean is my first language as I was born in Korea and raised there until I was 13 years old. English is my second language however, I am increasingly becoming more accustomed to its use in my everyday life. German is another language that I picked up in Australia. I am quite decent at it but I still have huge hole to fill in.

Once I master German, I would like to move on to Japanese. I used to be quite adept both at Japanese and Chinese but since my arrival in Australia, I discontinued my learning. Therefore, my skills got rusty over the last 4 years so I can hardly write any Chinese letters except simple ones.

Can you even say 'Ich kenne Deutsch'? Aren't you supposed to say 'Ich kann Deutsch' because kennen is used for nouns, people etc. Well that's what my German teacher said; wissen for intellectual and abstract things, kennen for nouns, people etc. and können for languages. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
