anyone going to any other sidewaves?
got my tickets for the sydney alkaline trio, rival schools, saves the day show and the melbourne bayside FTSK and jacks show today.

the first one is one of my favourite show lineups ever
i'm going to both in syd :D alkaline, jack's & bayside ftw.

eastern creek = no noise restrictions, massive space, longer playing times, more bands, easy parking, and close to home for westies. win all around.

That's fine for us westies, but precious north shore/easties don't catch public transport. Geez.

ha majority of people going are prob from the western areas of syd.
an it's hell easy to get to from everywhere.
it's on the M4, so any of the major motorways lead to it.

an wont be the shit congestion that newtown got

Ok, so who is definitely going? I am. Oh noez! Will probably get racoon style sunburn again and its the day before uni hahaha.

Looking forward to NIN (hope they play heaps from Ghost album) and UnderOath (saw them recently but wanna again)

Personally, last year was a better line up for me. More bands that I REALLY REALLY wanted to see. This year seems a lot heavier, hey. Oh well, gotta love variety. Hopefully less poppy little supre punks with their sesame street backpacks this time then, eh?

i only just found out that mike herrera from mxpx is playing acoustically at soundwave, makes me even more :eek: that i'll be in melbourne, oh well
