I used to type up my notes last year, but right now I'm writing them (mainly because the computer is way too distracting). ;(
+1, I am now writing them, I waste too much time trying to format them LOL

My stupid perfectionism

I rewrite maths notes by hand before I do exercises. I usually type all my other notes, but this usually isn't as effective. It's just easier. It is more effective though, if you research some of the information yourself.

For some reason i never make maths notes since whenever you copy them from the board they are already in note-like style. lol

I prefer written, because for some reason they actually stick in my head for longer periods of time...

I know what you mean. When you write something onto paper it just sticks, like a weak glue onto dirty paper... it's there, but doesn't necessarily stick for too long :p lolz
