I don't see the problem with it. But, unless (as the person above me stated) it was for reconstruction purposes, I probably wouldn't bother. Some minor things look nice, but other things can just look way TOO fake.

Natural beauty is the best (even if it is made artificially ;) )

Well, that WAS the point of my post.
Natural is no longer what it says. Natural is a LOOK, just as Dramatic eyes is a look and so forth.
Natural, to many girls nowadays, consists of foundation, lipgloss and a bit of mascara. In fact, many magazine articles show you how to get that "natural" look.
If natural already consists of makeup, then heck, why shouldn't it consist of a little bit of plastic surgery ;).

already answered this once before, nah i wouldn't in my current state... possibly if i became horribly disfigured or something though

what's the difference between plastic and cosmetic surgery?

i would probably only go for lasik eye surgery and dental surgery i.e porcelain veneers
but no plastic for me =p
