breakfast: 2 cups of tea and a tub of mango yoghurt (tasted pleasantly un-mango like which was good)
lunch: chicken caesar wrap from maccas

then coffee when I got to uni, an apple and some V on the way home,and steak salad and chips for dinner.

not too bad I guess

had a couple of mouthfuls of muesli

ate the insides of a sushi roll

and some stir fried vegetables

and half a can of coke zero.

this is so strange. i ALWAYS finish all my food.

Havent eaten alot today:

Salad for lunch: contained -lettuce,-ham, -cheese, -cucumber, -mushrooms, -tomato, and italian dressing.. that was good, thanx mum

Keiwa Iced Coffee

12L of water ( hard yakka raises a sweat uno) I know this seems like to much water but trust me its prob not enough.

Havent had tea yet ( waiting lol)

Hmm for brekkie bowl of cornflakes, nothing during school time, and in arvo another bowl of cornflakes, 4 slices of rasin toast with jam, (shouldnt have that too often lol), an apple, countless amount of water through out the day, and for dinner steak cooked in sweet chili sauce and served up with tabouli and beetroot.

fairly sure you would have a hardcore case of water intoxication if you actually drank twelve litres of water
fairly sure u dont know what ur talking about, i work from 6am-7pm, shovelling conrete all day, in the direct sunlight. You have to drink ALOT of water otherwise -ur mouth dries out and u stop sweating, - muscle spams occur... So by my calculations, 2 x a 5L container of water + 2 x 1L mt franklin water bottle=12L+Stfu

2 pieces of white toast with some sberry jam (bad i know :() + mandarin
tub of light passionfruit yoghurt
small steak with 2 cups steamed vegies + small bowl of steak salad (mini steak slices+mixed green leaves+pepitas and sunflower seeds with a couple of tbspns of balsamic dressing)

hopefully this will be all for today
but might indulge in some blueberries after exercise tonightt



and maybe a smoke lol
who knows!
