so i go to a mentoring meeting and they ask for dietary requirements. i say i can't eat green food. so every single sandwich has lettuce.

yeah. its just kinda gross though, taking lettuce off in front of 20 other people... so i didnt eat much. they fail at catering

green vegetables specifically. so green food colouring is ok, but lettuce, spinach, etc aint so great

i bleed/bruise more easily. much harder to stop it. mostly only an issue if i get myself cut or something

surely it would require a huge amount of green stuff though? like one or two lectuce sandwiches wouldn't do much harm? and how long does it take to "ware off" ?

im on some trippy meds atm for various reasons (not to do with mental health though lol) and it reacts with them. takes about 3 days to wear off
