study, practice, raw talent

raw talent more neccessary than practice/study compared to 2 unit

Lucky you that u have that ;D
you can still do really well if you really work hard, 3u is mainly memorising formulas and the says in which they can be applied. if you do masses and masses of examples, and make sure you could recite the formulas in your sleep, there's no reason why you couldn't do as well as anyone who has a real natural aptitude for mathematical type thinking.

also, time constraints work well, because they ensure you develop your skills in working quickly and accurately. =]].

yeah i reckon 3units not all that too hard, even if ur not that great at maths initially. MOST of the marks is just knowing how to do pretty basic stuff from the course. if u get those, you'd be getting band 6 for sure, and thats already pretty good for a scaled mark. better to do some other subject!!
