Communism is cool.
Did you get +rep, -rep or neutral rep?
What exactly is neutral rep ? I thought you just get +rep or -rep.

Members with only -rep i.e. red boxes representing their reputation (see politik or conics2008) are only able to give neutral rep.
New members and maybe inactive members are only able to give neutral reputation as well.

Often this will be disappointing when one approves of your post
e.g.

However it may be an advantage to you if someone disapproves of your post and the situation is likely to become humourous.

How many points do you need before you no longer give neutral rep? Or is that determined by something else?

If someone likes/doesn't like your post they will click the reputation button
(bottom, left hand corner of your post) to give you reputation. The reputation can be positive or negative and they can also leave a comment. You can find the reputation you have received in your UserCP.
