so i really like the plain american apparel t shirts, fit, colours, price etc

BUT

their quality/durability is pretty disappointing. after like 2-3 washes they lose their shape completely,

does any one know brands that do similar decent plain coloured t's for a reasonable price?

no they're shithouse
Well maybe i've been lucky...for a few years...been using them for ages and they have been heaps durable, keep their shape and dont go all crappy after a few washes...they aren't expensive as well.

Have used plain t's from GP before and they are the same, but cost heaps more then bonds so i dont bother.

Recently i tried an Industrie plain white t, was absolute shithouse, first wash and the fabric turned to shit, it kept its shape though.

i bought a bunch of t's from cotton on when they were $2.

they go alright except for a bit of shrinkage.

and besides, for $2 you can afford to have vietnamese children make you a new shirt every week.

I bought a couple of cheap t-shirts from Cotton On and after a couple of washes, they really showed how much I paid for them.

poor colour choice, shithouse fit, and i know that gstar or mossimo wouldn't sell a tee unless their brand name was emblazoned on the front in some shitty font

Yeah, +1 there, i have yet to see a mossimo/gstar "PLAIN" white shirt anywhere, its gotta have at least the brand name there once to kill it all...
