Ok, when it came to the scene where that Voldemort dude was brought back to life, we see the minions or whatever they are come as well.
When we realise that dude with the white long blonde hair is a 'baddy' we automatically think the son (Malfoy) is a bad person as well (IE: Worse than just a bully).

Why didn't someone directing / filming this make a suggestion to note that Harry would automatically point out that Malfoy's father is a bad guy during the time where he returned from that maze up until Dumbledores speech?

I dunno. Thought it'd make sense...

N/A
a) most of the main goodies had a fair idea about lucius already
b) lucius has the power behind him to hide this side of him until the dark lord returns to full power
c) as you learn later, no-one believes anything harry says anyway

I don't give a fuck about the book. Ok?
You didn't even answer the question.

No, i'm not talking about Lucious, I mean surely Malfoy was aware that his father was bad, why wouldnt the staff of Hogwarts like bait him or something?

Because Snape and Lucius are like bum-sex buddies... considering they're both death eaters, they went to school together...& if Snape was to bait Lucius he wouldn't be able to get back in Voldermorts good books so that he can undermine him...(If you've read the books you'd know that Voldermort thinks that Snape's a spy, spying on Dumbledore...)

Draco KNEW that his father was a death eater...why do you think he distracted Harry, Hermione & the Weasley's in COS (Chamber of Secrets) so his dad could put Riddles diary in Ginny's cauldron?

(Sorry im mega HP nerd...from way back)

ok...

because it wasn't as if he was going to say "yeah my dad is evil" and harry gives the names of lots of people who are parents of slytherins, they just don't believe him

also, it's a book and not real life
