I dont understand all the hate Hilltop Hoods are getting lately... Im guessing it's something to do with them getting airplay on mainstream radio and bogan's liking them. Also the fact that they got voted no. 17 all time greatest songs probably pissed you guys off?

No they're not shit.

yehhh

seriously, raekwon did not disappoint at all.

album is CRAZY

blueprint III is a tad disappointing but still a pretty solid album. pharrel went CRAZY with the beat for 'so ambitious'....that luke steele chorus is terrible on the first track but the beat and lyrics were good. 'hate' grows on you, 'on to the next one' is so fucking catchy, i love that track now. the song with kid cudi 'already home' is good....the chorus for 'a star is born' is TERRIBLE but the rest is awesome. 'empire state of mind' beat is niiiiiice. the timbaland-produced songs could have been much better.

Common and Talib Kweli. I'd suggest Big Pun as well (even though he isn't that recent)

Jay Electronica - Exhibit A (Transformations)

loving this song at the moment.

it's doing it's rounds like crazy on hip hop forums.

a remix is coming as well with mos def and T.I. a snippet of the remix is out and mos defs verse sounds great (thats all the snippet lets us hear)
