when doing my PE assign, i discovered that the definition of a sedentary person is someone who does less than 250 minutes of exercise in at least 5 sessions per week, during their leisure time, does this mean that professional athletes are sedentary becouse all their exercise is classed as work?

Put down the PE textbook and think for yourself for a moment. Would a professional athelete be considered sedentary?
