Did anyone else receive an email from UNSW (Gordon Rees) on "points to remind us on about MBBS?".

Also do you think it would be a hint/foreshadow as to "you did well in UMAT" possibly? Otherwise they wouldn't ask for your application haha .

Could be the case but I'm not sure.
And yes, I did receive the same email and one of my friends did too.

Lol. As much as I'd like to think so, I really doubt it. I think they're just trying to help everyone with the application process and don't want people to miss out.

But a good way to check this is to ask people who we're sure will fail to get into UNSW Med but those who anyway lodged their applications into the course. If they also got the same email, it's prob just an ordinary reminder.

But if they haven't received the email, it's a good sign for those who have received it.

I'm 100% sure EVERYONE got it...keep worrying about your UMAT score! It could very well be absolutely terrible.

I didn't get the email but I have an interview for medicine at unsw this month so I don't think it has anything to do with umat score.

I haven't even submitted my UAC application, and gave no UMAT ID to uNSW. This e-mail shouldn't reflect UMAT results, I don't think.

I got this email too.
Interestingly it was a day after I handed my application form in.
I thought it was just a confirmation email that they got my application.
Probably just helping out those who haven't submitted their forms in yet.
Can't wait till tuesday!!
