my straight foward answer is answer the question or don't answer at all!!!!!!!!!My straight forward answer: STFU and fix your Engrish.
ok cool, thanx, what do u mean by "capped"All marks are adjusted via one process or another.
You will derive a scaling benefit from Mathematics Extension 1, but there is no particular scaling benefit to be derived from any of your other courses (because they are 2U courses).
Similarly, there are no disadvantages, as none of your courses are likely to be capped.
Yar.a subject is capped if you cant get a scaled mark of 50/50 for a unit of that subject despite how good your raw marks are
right?
so lie chem and bio and 2u doesn't scale up?All marks are adjusted via one process or another.

They are typically scaled up but you don't receive any special benefit from it.so lie chem and bio and 2u doesn't scale up?
so the marks on ma sig would get scale upThey are typically scaled up but you don't receive any special benefit from it.
The upwards scaling just compensates for the disadvantage you suffer by having to compete against high calibre students.
(An average student who competes against high calibre students will find it harder to obtain a good rank.)
The marks in your signature appear to be school assessment marks.so the marks on ma sig would get scale up
exactly what he saidOr just click on the direct links I have already given you.
Hehe, kids these days are getting blinder.exactly what he said
*facepalm*so my marks would adjusted according to the how i go in the externals?
so let me get this straight, the internal raw marks get sent in and they get moderated then the external raw marks get sent in and they to get moderated, then they combine to give the UAI correct? The marks in your signature appear to be school assessment marks.
School assessment marks are not scaled. They are moderated according to the performance of your school on the external exam.
You really need to try reading some of the other threads that have been posted here.
I suggest having a look at:
- the Board's new "How your HSC works" guide;
- this flowchart showing an overview of how your results are processed; and
- this thread explaining the moderation of assessment marks.
