about 45 mins of powerwalking, my house to sutherland station (missed 3 trains in the process, legs are numb :(), 3.8km

I actually walked all around town today and last night I ran all around the next town over (because I got ditched out of the car about 3 times).

weights, havent done cardio in ages

ive only got 2 dumbells, do i just put them over my head or something if i wanna add weight when squatting?

10 min of super hula hoop on wii fit. and wii fit boxing. yeahh i'm cool.

and mucking around stretching, acro, dance stuff.

45 mins cardio (bike, treadmill, cross trainer)
50 mins weights (mostly used weight machines, spent maybe 5-10 with dumbells)

i usually do about 1hr15mins a day, part is a steep uphill hike (with stairs occasionally thrown in) then i jog home after that. now that it's daylight savings i can go on days when i work too woo.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with running in the dark. It is actually quite rfreshing (the wind 'bites') and it's very fun. I still go during night times, during daylight savings and not, you should try it! :)
