Share your thoughts of Section 3. (Extended Response)

'understanding nourishes belonging...
a lack of understanding prevents it.'

Demonstrate how your prescribed text and ONE other related text of your own choosing represent this interpretation of belonging.

I thought it was pretty good - nothing like what we've practised and done in class but not undoable, so I worked around it.

It said to use ONE related, right? I only did one.

I didn't finish - I had two words to go. But otherwise it seemed to work. I had to manipulate my texts slightly, however.

It was a fairly good one... Most of my points were easily linkable, some points I couldn't link too well, but still did. My 2nd ORT didn't relate to it, but luckily my first one did :spin: Didn't use a second, but would a 2nd get no marks because of the "ONE" ?

why one?

for my prescribed text (as you like it) the question was pretty crap
Was good for Oliver and Orlando... And my As you like it ones.

Smashed the heck out of it but wasted too much time on it.. I extended my points for Prescribed and Related to keep reflecting the question but man wrote way too much.

really happy with the whole paper 20 pages in the bitch :D
The smugness when hearing people gasp in horror when you ask for more paper is priceless. But it is quality/quantity.

How many words do ya reckon?

This section was probably my worst. Just because I found it difficult to link my prescribed text to 'understanding' so made up some cliches/generic crap and didn't really link my points well at all. A bit of a mess, really. Mine had too much quantity, not enough quality.

Are you allowed to have 2 related text?

The question was pretty good but I didn't see aything similar with the practice questions i did.
