Q1-3 were fairly easy, i think i managed to get everything out for those

Q4 was okay, some bits kinda fucked me around but i think i got most of it out

Q5 a), some bits of that were ok, the last two fucked me over

5b, 6 and 7 i didnt attempt
ran out of time, because after Q3 i started Q4 in the same book, and didnt realise until i finished Q4, so i had to copy all of it 2 a new book and cross it out of book 3! FML!
overall, i attempted about 56 marks worth of questions lol

but yeah. hopefully i got 40/84 lmao..
do u reckon itll be enough for band E3?
You didn't have to do that you could have told the examiner and they write something like Q4 also in this booklet.

hey finding x-coordinates for stationary points.....did we have to show whether they're maxima or minima ? i just found the x-coordinates and leave it as that......

y=1

no we dont show there max/min, only asked for coordinates

(0,0) was min

(+-sqrt(3), 3/2) were stationary inflections

It only asks for the x-coordinates of all stationary points, but not necessarily their nature, so I think you'll be fine. You have to sketch it in (iv) anyway, so you would have shown the maximum and minimum points regardless.

definately lost about 18 marks. probably made a few stupid mistakes though too..say 5 marks worth. so probably get high 50s-low 60s.

question 6 i didn't do the projectile :( i did the binomial stuff though. question 7 all i got to do was the induction :( ah wellllll no more mathssss!

Loved that paper. It was perfect, not impossible and not too easy.
How good was the binomials??!!

Apart from 7.c. the rest of the paper was eaassyyy.
Hopefully i'll get 80/84.
