Does anyone know if the Board sends you a certificate if you got a state rank? Because you cant really put it on a resume or cv if you dont have a certificate.

I can't answer about whether or not you get a certificate, but even if you didn't, there's nothing stopping you from putting in on your resume - if they asked for any proof, direct them to the Board website.
