OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

haha, yeah sure did! why, did you do it too?

I did the UMAT, didn't get an interview offer. I was still pleased with my UMAT results...clearly they weren't =P but yeah, I plan on preparing for the UMAT this year with Medentry or something of the sort. Will love biomed, but I don't think I want to finish the degree to do med as postgrad.

Well, I know a few people who currently do Biomed at UNCLE, but i don't know anyone going into their first year.... i'm not sure about the number of places either. All I know is that, from reading the undergraduate degrees course book, the 2009 UAI cut-off was 86. =]

I had mates who wanted to do biomed with me, but they didnt get the atar they needed. They did crap.

Not that i got a heaps good atar, but it was good enough to get into biomed.

please don't come here

there's, erm... skinheads, everywhere, and they'll probably bash you

leave us and our limited parking spots well alone, and certainly don't even think about coming here just to be a nuisance for the first 6 weeks before dropping out :mad1:

also, dont' bother attending lectures, your'e only going to stop after week 4, and the ultra-cramped theatres/rooms in the first 3 weeks are really annoying

in short, go away

regards,

Biomed would be something i would steer well clear of. Within 3 weeks in the name karen mate will make you curl up in a ball, turn a pale shade of green and shudder in fear. Good luck if you get in, you will need it.

I'll be going to UNCLE in 2011 for Bachelor of Civil Engineering and maybe possibly combining it with either Surveying or Business.

Nah it's pretty easy - just rock up to enrollment day with a mattress and tell them you're from the country. They have quite a few spots but you gotta be proper rural (not that fake rural maitland shit) - they'll look at your feet and hands and if you're lying they'll know!
Im from Kurri mate, you cant get anymore rural than that!!!

B. Mech Engineering!!! I cant wait its going to be so good, i just need to meet some people, as my town has the social attributes of a wet paper bag haah :p

Who else is doing engineering??
