URGENT - Short Term Accommodation Needed (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I am going to be moving to Canberra for school in February and my parents are coming along. I already have a place in a hall myself but I need to find places for my parents to stay for a few days. I've tried Unihouse and a few halls, but they are all full.

I am wondering if any of you can recommend cheaper places nearby? Hotel, Motel, anything, please?

I really need help with this.

im pretty sure there was something in the FAQ about this. If tthey have a car, the sundown motel is great, cheap and wide living areas.

Yea, I've been reading that, too, but most of it is about accommodations in school for students. My parents are actually going to be staying for a week and sadly, they don't drive a car.

I am actually not from Australia so most choices I've found are pretty expensive to use, providing the increasing currency rate of the Australian dollar. ;[
