Hi fellow BoS'ers,
I have a question. In the HSC syllabus right, take any subject, for example maths, there are a certain number of topics for the preliminary course and a set number for the HSC course. The same goes for every other subject, of course.
In our SSSP in Year 10, we were shown Logarithms - a year 10 topic - as prep for Year 11. We all had no idea how to do it. In the preliminary course we didn't finish two topics or three topics. These remaining preliminary topics rolled over into the HSC course.
Is this not a waste of precious HSC time?
In other subjects like Economics, we didn't finish the last topic either, The Government topic. The same goes for pretty much every subject, except for a few.
So my question is, what happens if the school doesn't finish the entire syllabus and topics embedded within the syllabus. Will your HSC be in jeopardy?
As a result, is it best to prepare for every uncompleted topic yourself just in case?
Need help
