I think size 10-12 is a good size.
but Riet (based on ur pics)... in the size 12 theres a difference between your picture and what women should be. I think it's ok for a girl to have some spare meat, but a girl can be a sexy size 12 or 14 and be TONED.
That's the difference I believe. By toned I mean not having chickens hanging off of you. But then again not being poked to feel the bone sticking out.
