Has anyone else noticed the increased coverage and free to air tv lately! Well deserved for a great sport.

agreed, road cycling is boring to watch (unless its a crit), they've been showing a lot of live crits and highlights of longer races

Yeah, loving the extra coverage.

But I'm into road racing, I fucking love it, the strategy is epic and it's gotta be the most physically demanding sport out there.

so true about the demanding bit, being a road rider, its easy to sith there for hours guessing what teams are going to do!

Road cycling is the beast.
Watching highlights, such as on the current TDU, is good. But nothing is better than watching the live full coverage of the mountain stages of the TdF . . . much more interesting than the bunch finishes we see so frequently.

edit: hope sbs has the live coverage of the paris-roubaix again this year. best one day race in the world.

Wholeheartedly agree... its great that the Tour Down Under is getting this coverage - with Armstrong, Evans and Valverde competing this year haha.

live race 2day starts a 1:30pm-goes untill 4:30 but that coverage will include final podiums
