for section one where there are 44 questions to be done in 65 minutes, i always run out of time at around question 30, is that normal or is that realy bad? do people usually finish all the questions?

im not fully sure...but i think a lot of ppl say that its normal not to finish section 1 in the time limit

i never did f2f. but i you should at least 40 questions done comfortably. however, if you can get all 30 that u manage to complete correct then you should also get a decent score.

F2F's current section 1 questions are actually easier than that of MedEntry, so I'd suggest aiming for 35. What's your accuracy like?

it is true that many don't finish section one! But a good target would be answering 35-40 questions with confidence as oppose to do all questions in a rush.
