Alot of my friends from other schools are having half-yearlies, yet i am not? :/
is anyone else not having them?

Well, I'm having mine on the first day back of Term 2.....
Starting to cram everything

we dont have half yearlies either. im actually against not having exams. past yr 11ers have said they fail their yearlies because they have assessments right untill the end of yr 11 and dont realise they have yearlies to do with barely any notes.
oh well. its only yr 11. hahaa.

True. But it's good practice until you get to year 12. The workload's probably going get heavier.

Mine are in week 6-7 I'm using these holidays to consolidate on work that i've learnt so far and to hopefully drill it into my head so i won't have to stress as much when the time comes.

Just out of curiosity, how long are the exams for you guys? Around 2hrs?

I don't have Half yearlies. I think it's a bit of a disadvantage but anyway.

yeh i don't have half-yearlies either - instead my school heavily weights the marks for the yearly exam, like 50% of my chem mark comes from the yearlies. which is pretty terrible...

I have assessment tasks/assignemnts in term 1 and half yearlies in term 2 week 5-6 not sure yet
