What happens when you shake the bottle and then opening the cap? Why does more gas come out when you open the cap when it is shook beforehand?
Describe in terms of the physical/chemical process such as kinetic energy, etc.

well, by shaking, u are giving the system more kinetic energy. Since Temperature is a measurement of the average kinetic energy, you thus raise the temp, shifting the equilibrium to the side with the Co2 gas on it :D

heat is kinetic energy yeah?
when u heat water, the water bubbles and moves, thus you give it energy (conservation of energy) and when u give it energy, it excites the drink making the molecules move alot (the same effect as heating the drink).
