I doubt you'd find a 2009 model with that much damage on it usually but great ideas nonetheless. While you're at it, you may as well pour battery acid on some of the panels and get some rust going eh?
just set the car on fire....

you're the worst car ever....but thats why i love it, its an epic fail compared to its rivals (350z i suppose) its has an unusual look and you can be known as "that guy with the crossfire" and people will be like "what car is that?." and what other car for $20 000 has a spoiler that goes up by itself
depends what u want. on appearance alone the car doesn't look that bad but driving wise, it's based on the previous gen SLK and at least when it came out, it attracted a certain type of audience. but hey, to each their own.

the guy is hsc 11, so maybe in 2 years they will be under 20k
hmm... i guess a 2006 (or whenever e90 came out) 320i could be 20k considering it would be 6 years old, and a brand new 320i could be had for low 50's driveaway, it's quite possible.

Why would you name your car after multidirectional gunfire? Describes the performance appropriately though, like the car had be caught in a crossfire...

No need for 20k

1990 BMW 325i 2D convertible. ~4k
New M20 engine. ~3k
Fix up the body and interior. ~1.5k
-Royal blue with beige leather

And there you have a beast for 8.5k

I think you'll need more than $1.5k to fix the interior of a 20 year old car. Fitment issues, electrical, new retrim, etc... would def cost more.

This also presumes you do alot of the labour and no guarantee of reliability.

I wouldn't buy a car. I would buy myself:

1x 10k Time trial bike
1x 9K Road bike
1x 1K City bike.

... and a sushi roll.

Who says i was talking NA :p
After my friend did exactly this I can tell you two things:
worked twin turbo + NA gearbox = fucking monster to 140.
But it was expensive hard work and he probably wouldn't do it again.
Not to mention if we hadn't done everything ourselves it would have cost a lot more than 10K. Engine swap alone would have been $5+K (including parts).

It would actually be the 4.08 NA Diff that makes the car so quick as the gear ratio's are the same between the cars. I got quoted $4700 drive in, drive out for a Twin Turbo conversion on my Zed......bit expensive for now.
