how does internal rank and external rank combine to give our ATAR rank ?
I could but it would take to long and u most likely wouldnt understand at the end, dont worry bout, concentrate on ur school workhow does internal rank and external rank combine to give our ATAR rank ?
As bored said, its too complicated and you prob wont understand it. Just do the best you can. You'll ALWAYS get an ATAR higher than you expect, thats one thing I've learned from experience! (;how does internal rank and external rank combine to give our ATAR rank ?
Your scores look pretty impressive, where you getting 90's and high 80's before the HSC?You'll ALWAYS get an ATAR higher than you expect, thats one thing I've learned from experience! (;
yeh I reckon chromatic did pretty good ( if those are high real marks and ATAR )Your scores look pretty impressive, where you getting 90's and high 80's before the HSC?
for the love of god, its not what subjects you pick, it's how much effort you put into each one. put 0 effort in, expect a 0 result, likewise try your best and get the best ATAR you can achieve. simple.yeh I reckon chromatic did pretty good ( if those are high real marks and ATAR )
for someone that had a fairly low scaling set of subjects he did pretty good to get 94ATAR , yes it is not the best ATAR around but I reckon he could have got a higher ATAR than people that did both 4unit english and 4unit math
Subjects definitely matter, trust me.for the love of god, its not what subjects you pick, it's how much effort you put into each one. put 0 effort in, expect a 0 result, likewise try your best and get the best ATAR you can achieve. simple.
To a limited extent.Subjects definitely matter, trust me.
I'd say they matter to a very significant extent =].To a limited extent.
I failed General Maths and Economics in year 11 I did no work, absolutely nothing, just partied. I got band 3's in the school certificate and like 1 band 4.Your scores look pretty impressive, where you getting 90's and high 80's before the HSC?
If you're going for 99.95 they matter, otherwise not reallyI'd say they matter to a very significant extent =].
Chromatic, you pwn at effective study! I was quite impressed at your preparation package for the EngAdv test - the listing of techniques, etcI failed General Maths and Economics in year 11 I did no work, absolutely nothing, just partied. I got band 3's in the school certificate and like 1 band 4.
Secretly, I probably studied about as much as you did, you're just smarter lol and had an advantage. I'd assume you were one of the smartest people around in year 11?Chromatic, you pwn at effective study! I was never OVERLY intelligent, I just planned my attack and executed it effectively. If you can break the HSC down into a multi-leveled FPS, you'll find that it's a lot easier to beat that 99.95 boss at the end!Secretly, I probably studied about as much as you did, you're just smarter lol and had an advantage. Agreed.I have never said 99.95 ATAR retard. I merely stated "a high ATAR" is possible with any combination of subjects.
According to the .pdf, 0.04% of those doing eng ex2 were not eligible for an atar?http://www.uac.edu.au/documents/atar/2010_HSC_Table A1.pdf
The last column is of interest. Note that most courses have a max atar of 99+
This means that it is possible to do "low scaling" subjects and still get a very good ATAR. As long as you love doing it, and apply yourself to it.
wut?who the fu*k needs 99.95 atar seriously c'mon get a life. I'm taking a guess what ohexpol will probably get, 98.05 maybe 97 lol and his smart
