Well my secret.... is, U have to TELL urself to like it!,
It was really hard, but the brain does amazing things,
You have to get used to the concept of learning things as interesting!, and you will no long find studying as boring or tiresome.
And if this method begins to wear off the others (down) will take on their role!

Ohhh and TAKE BREAKS!, and do the things you enjoy!!!
E.g I enjoy music and piano (for fun - no exams), and everyday after school i listen muck around a bit, and when that phase is over, my responsibility kicks in.
If you're gonna study all day and too much, you will get tired and your brain will get tired. This is when procrastination levels rise.
You can study a lot but you just need to 'treat yourself!'

AND you have to have a goal, I want to enter university with an atar above 95, BECAUSE, i want to do the course I enjoy the MOST!

AND the more you get used to the idea of coming home eating, relaxing DOING HOMEWORK, the more you will do it, and the more you will stop procrastinating.
Well these are my secrets, they helped me and so I hope they will help you!

I enjoy all my subjects, except of course English, though I don't mind the occassional essay.

The idea of reading 19th century novels kills my head. Some days I will enjoy English, some days I will dread going to English class.

I call English classes either naptime or a joke, depending on how tired I am that day. :L

Seems like I am one of the few actually trying in my class.

I dread going to English. It's not interesting.
I want to move to standard because the texts are easier but it aligns pretty badly compared to advanced & my advanced teacher is really good.

Oh my, doing Maths Ext 2 in Year 12 without understanding the simple Bulletin forum layout to put in a poll :p? I jest though. Man you are keen posting in the prelim section all the time, do you go to a selective school?

My procrastination is like at a 3.5, but mainly because I don't have much work at all yet. It's easier to put it off when you only have a little to do.

Short answer to your question is yes, yes and no. That is, if you are talking to me. :)

^I was, so good assuming. I couldn't go to school today, so sick! I feel bad missing school so early in the year :( You and I will be able to be motivational buddies through Year 11 and 12, is there a particular uni course you want to do Spinalflex? (Just wondering due to ATAR aim)

I want to be a teacher but I will most likely do an Engineering course. I accept your buddy offer. :)
