Not looking for library opening times but when I can get into the building to hand in assignments into the student service counter very early in the morning (then back to work during the day). thanks

Not sure when it opens but once I was up there until 10PM doing a physics ass, there were quite a few other students around too. It was still open at that hour, you could freely go in or out.
