Any 4u maths students cbf with 2u? (1 Viewer)

So yeah, I've got my 2U half yearly tomorrow and I seriously can't be fucked studying since

it doesn't count towards anything (yet my school still makes us do it).


Does your school do the same thing? If so, what are your thoughts about it?

My school makes us do it as well. I didn't want to study for it but it's my last exam, so I might as well study for it.

its probably for the best as it allows people to drop 4unit later on and get an accurate ranking for 2unit later on

Well I have to do the 2U exams all until the trial, and then I don't need to do the 2U trial exam

And my 2U exam is tomorrow and right now I'm just doing legal studies and MX2 coz they're on the next day...

We only had to do the first 2U assessment which was at the end of Term 4, and I was sick so I never ended up doing it. Our 4U half-yearly is on the same time as the 2U.

that's wierd, our school doens't have 2u assessments for 4u kids. Oh wells, that's less assessments anyway right

Our school makes you accelerate 2u if you want to do MX2, so we did it last year. But we still have to study it cause like half of the 3u test they set is on 2u topics.

well my school accelerates 2u, and all the people who do that end up doing 4u, so they get exempt, but the people who didn't accelerate still have to do it, which is reasonable because they may drop 4u and they'll need a 2u rank.

must be a good school. saying should i be bothered with 2u maths when im only 3u and 4u is like saying, do i want a 80 atar?
