ive been goin to the gym for weeks now gettin pretty strong too haha, dis is my routine

- 3x10 bicep curls (10kg)
- 3x5 squatz (15kg)
- 2x50 situpz
- 5x5 chest presses (10kg)

Stay at home and workout

My routine:
1000 clapping Pushups spread over 50 sets
300 jumping squats
100 explosive dips
20 quick muscle ups
100 slow lunges on each side
vigorous skipping for 40 minutes

Also occasionally some parkour runs around ma hood, practicing the basics; complete a circuit with a few medium wall runs, and drill a few of the basic vaults and practice rolls.

AND GET FUCKING 99.95 ATAR AND 100TH PERCENTILE CAUSE THAT'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT- INCREASING TESTOSTERONE
