I do the same thing :(

My opinion is lots of sleep and a good meal before hand is the key

Start studying earlier so when the exam comes around, you'll know your content and perhaps be less stressed.

Sleep is good, yesterday I fell asleep because I was very tired from school. Only get about 4-5 hours sleep on weekdays.

Eat healthy, get lots of sleep, know the exam format and if you're allowed bring a bottle of water into the exam. Try doing past papers in exam conditions.

:O 4-5 hours of sleep is not enough. Your body must be pretty stressed out. You should be getting around 7-9 hours of sleep.

You just need to tell yourself to stop stressing. I had the same problem before, and all I did was acknowledge that fact that stressing only hinders my confidence and study. When you stress too much you direct the energy away from what you should and could be doing = less time dedicated to studying. If you are stressing this much already, how do you think you will feel when you reach year 12? Yes everybody recieves some amount of stress when it comes to schooling but in the end, the successful people in life are the ones who can manage it.

What are you stressing from? If you understand everything you should and need to know, then you are set. All you need to do is be well and truly prepared for your exams.

You should relax your still only in year 11. Even then in year 12 you should def be getting 8hrs of sleep as a minimum, sleep is essential.
