:O 4-5 hours of sleep is not enough. Your body must be pretty stressed out. You should be getting around 7-9 hours of sleep.Sleep is good, yesterday I fell asleep because I was very tired from school. Only get about 4-5 hours sleep on weekdays.

Eating in examinations...If that were possible at our school, I would have 10 dinner meals from Maccas.I find chewing gum during the exam helps ease the nerves a bit

You should relax your still only in year 11. Even then in year 12 you should def be getting 8hrs of sleep as a minimum, sleep is essential.Sleep is good, yesterday I fell asleep because I was very tired from school. Only get about 4-5 hours sleep on weekdays.
