Aw well I'm sorry to hear so, if it helps, yeah, I'm basically similar-ish too. On top of things, my folks won't let me work [I used to work at Hungry Jacks lol, awesome place eh. -.-'] until my HSC is over --> they're putting a LOT of pressure on me to get the ATAR needed to get into Med, and also the UMAT. So I don't have to work as hard as they are, etc. I get all that, just yeah. I miss being a normal kid.

Should I save up to buy about a 60-80k new car in three years time? Or should I save up and spend it on something else. I already have a car already but its 'ok'. I've got about 30k so far.

This. Buy a car that is reliable and won't give you issues (anything from Toyota or Honda) and invest in something - Save a little extra and you could own a rental property (even if it's only a studio apartment) for example.
