how big a change is yr 11 maths to yr 10 maths (1 Viewer)

i dont understand y ppl struggle. therez a lot of talk around here about maths and rote learning. there absolutely right. i have this guy that used to my school treating a maths test like a science test. nothing but learning the basic terminology, maths requirez practice. if u wish to master a topic, practice lol

You've got to understand that not everyone is as mathematically inclined as you are. What you see as blindingly obvious others will never see.

this question had kept me up quite a bit lately. i think i may be underestimating maths extension I which i will taking next yr. i currently sit on an average of 97 for the yr 10 course. i have learnt half if not more of the 3 unit course yet i still, under some nerve, am not sure. my question is how r u guyz going?

You've got to understand that not everyone is as mathematically inclined as you are. What you see as blindingly obvious others will never see.
This.
For people like me, who have absolutely no talent in math at all, it sometimes takes a bit more time and effort to fully understand something :)

so do u take 3 unit maths? lol 3d trigonometry seemz alright. except i cant do the advanced problemz. the towerz one are fine. hopefully by the time i get to next yr, they wont be as hard

I'm doing alright in 3u I guess, i'm coming third :haha:
4u, we're starting on Monday so I don't know how we'll/bad i'll do in that yet :p

But yeah... don't take your awesome maths skillz for granted. People like me have to work... sometimes :(

dw i have struggled to get to the state i am also. it got difficult after i finished mathsonline lol. some stuff like probability i still dont understand. will it get easier with a teacher?
