So happy with jezmos post. Will be trying out protein direct in the next two weeks (or whenever this tub runs out).

Yeah definitely agree on the marketing scam crap. Protein is ultimately protein.

Don't get soy. It makes you gag and apparently there has been links with a high-soy diet and cancer.

Yeah you can find that price readily available on ebay.

I'd never go with anything besides whey unless it was casein (for night time).

I've bought ON from the US before for around $120 (I can imagine it would be heaps cheaper now). It was a fucking bitch to get in. Had to send in the ingredients list to customs before I received it. Sticking with BN all the way now.

Soy boosts estrogen as well but the debate hasn't quite been settled yet.

I think the debate is centred around the phytoestrogen components of soy products that are linked to higher cases of cancers in both men and women

But then again

So does breathing air

you have goku as your avatar so you must be correct
LOL'd. Read the nutritional label at the back, and then compare the amount of grams in sugar relative to your other respective protein powders. Even do a simple Google search. :)

I've been told to stay away from Mushi and anything Australian made unless it's Max's. I tried Aussie Bodies back in year 10 and it was absolute crap and put me off all protein powders for a while. Just didn't mix.

Everyone on the size matters forum is raving about www.proteindirect.com.au and www.bulknutrients.com.au

Anyone had any experiences? Would certainly save a crap load of $$.

EDIT: Bulk Nutrients 5KG Chocolate 5KG - $99 ... tempting.... hmmm
i just got off Musashi Bulk, it didnt shit all

Everyone has his/her own perception and taste regarding this. Get chocolate flavouring if you want - otherwise it's just a good powder to add to breakfast, any meals, or drink with gatorade powder before a workout.
