hi, i have a solution but im not sure if it's correct. could somebody do it and show me what they get?
thanks

shade region where both | z-(1+i) | <= sqrt(2)
and where 0 <= argz <= pi/2 hold simultaneously
ii) find the exact perimeter and area of the shaded region

The part of the 1st quadrant only inside and on the circle center (1,1), which goes through O.

ii) find the exact perimeter and area of the shaded region
sqrt(2) + sqrt(2) + (Pi * sqrt(2))/2 = 2 sqrt(2) + (sqrt(2) * Pi) / 2 units I think... I did this in my head so I could be wrong...

It's just finding areas and perimeters of parts of a circle lol. 2unit maths
Thanks for stating the obvious. I asked for a solution, not a snide remark.

Muzeikchun852, I had the same results you posted so i will assume its correct. Thanks.
