Signpost, Mathscape are good ones. Personally I recommend Signpost. If your sister is willing to extend her knowledge then buy Cambridge Year 11 3U for her. It did wonders for me.

I am in year 9 and I have been accelerated to complete years 9 and 10 math curriculum. I am currently using New Century Maths 9 stages 5.2/5.3 coupled with New Century Maths 10 stages 5.2/5.3. Both books are very concise and useful. It is possible to complete both in one year but generally I believe they are to be completed of year 9 and 10. Very good bokos and I highly recommend them.

I'd say Signpost.
My school uses a very unpopular one called Maths Zone ;D
If she plans to do Ext 1 Maths or Advanced Maths then she should do 5.3 or at least 5.2.
Also, learning ahead is advisable if she wants to do very well in the next few years.

At my school I used Signpost math. At home I just used Mathletics and maths online for studying.

In year 9 and 10 we used new century the 5.3 book, i found it good but it got very repitive very quickly. At my place we have numerous textbooks for jr. years the new century and signpost from memory seem to pop up the most for years nine and ten

New century and signpost 5.2/5.3 are the best. Regardless of her standard, she should be learning whats in these as this would prepare her the most for the future years.
